Examples of prices :

Optional comprehensive insurance (theft and damage) for €3 per day (no credit card security deposit required).

These rental prices include the provision of a bicycle pump, a lock, and a puncture repair kit. These rates are per day and not per 24-hour period. If you rent a bicycle at 12:00 and return it the next day at 12:00, two rental days will be charged.

Documents required for bicycle rental :

For any rental, we require an identity document (national ID card or passport) as well as a valid credit card for the security deposit (unless insurance is taken out).

Opening hours:

Bicycle pick-up is available from 9:00 a.m. every day of the week, and return is possible until 5:00 p.m. A solution exists for bicycle drop-off outside opening hours.

For any request outside these hours, as well as for Saturdays and Sundays, rental is by reservation only.

How to reach us:

By bus from Tours train station: Line 50 toward Bois de Plantes, Aliénor d’Aquitaine stop.

If you come with your own vehicle, it is possible to leave it free of charge on the street near our offices.

Our premises are located 800 meters from the Loire à Vélo or Cher à Vélo cycling routes.

The Loire à Vélo route is very well signposted and you will have no difficulty following its track. However, we provide suggestions for routes starting from our premises for a day or over several days. You can use our printed sheets with the Loire à Vélo route or follow it using the map below.

Additional services

To make your cycling stay in Touraine Val de Loire easier, Ride in Tours offers the following services (by reservation and subject to availability):

Delivery of bicycles to your place of stay (within the eastern Touraine area): delivery fees on request.
Bicycle return to another city along the route: collection fees on request.
Luggage storage: we can store your luggage free of charge at our premises during your bike ride.
