Day 1 - Segovia
Arrival of participants in Segovia.
Hotel check-in and free time in old town.
Day 2 - Segovia - El Barco de Avila
We begin our journey through the greatest sightseeings of Spain by heading to the Palace of El Escorial, the largest palace in Europe and former residence of the Kings of Spain. Then we will make a detour to the controversial Valley of the Fallen, the place Franco wanted in memory of those who perish during the Spanish Civil War and to make it his tomb. We will pass through Avila and its impressive walls surrounding the old town, before reaching our stop in the Sierra de Gredos.
Day 3 - El Barco de Avila - Trujillo
We enter the region of Extramadura to go down towards the south. After a stop in Placensia to see its aqueduct, we will enjoy the historic center of Cáceres, listed as a historical monument which used as a movie set for the Game of Thrones episodes. Then we will head to another listed city, Trujillo to make a stop there.
Day 4 - Trujillo - Toledo
We leave the beautiful city of Trujillo to reach Guadalupe and its imposing monastery. Then by the small isolated roads that cross the mountains of Toledo we will reach this magnificent city, Unesco listed of Toledo.
Day 5 - Toledo
Free day to discover this imposing city, Unesco listed. You can stroll through its narrow streets and visit the cathedral or the Alcazar. Have a drink on the Zocotren square in the heart of the medieval center and don't miss the viewpoints that will offer you superb panoramic views of the city.
Day 6 - Toledo - Cuenca
We leave the beautiful Toledo towards the south to follow the route of Don Quixote, the famous character of Cervantes. Do not miss the windmills of Consuegra, aligned like soldiers that the hero imagined. After those of Mota del Cuervo you can admire the superb 15th century fortress of Belmonte. Finally you will reach Cuenca, the city perched on its rock.
Day 7 - Cuenca - Teruel
We enter the Serriana de Cuenca with its edge roads, canyons and viewpoints. We will enjoy the beauty and charm of the village classified as one the most beautiful village in Spain : Albarracin. We are now in the Aragon region and head towards Teruel, this city of Mujédar art also listed Unesco.
Day 8 - Teruel - Madrid
We leave Aragon for the autonomous community of Madrid, crossing the mountains of the Montes Universales National Reserve and its magnificent gorges. It is through beautiful typical villages that we will reach Guadalajara and Madrid, which will close this wonderful motorcycle trip in the sierras of central Spain.
Day 9 - Madrid
Of course, one day will not be enough to discover all the treasures that the Spanish capital has to offer. Organize your day well and you will be able to see a large part of it: the Retiro Park, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real, the Puerta del Sol etc...
